All rates are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuation. US$650 - US$950 for exclusive use of the villa. A 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. The final 50% balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the Villa. The deposits are non refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival.
